Deliverables will be sent through a file sharing service such as Google Drive or WeTransfer. Past the 7-day post-delivery period, I cannot guarantee the availability of the files. Make sure to store your own copy !

Commissioned artworks are subject to a fixed price that will be determined based on the scope of the project.

Topics and tropes I will not work on include politics, religion and NSFW.

All payments under 400$ must be made upfront through a Paypal Business invoice. Direct payments will not be accepted for safety reasons. Under special circumstances, payments can be split into multiple installments ; in which case, files will be watermarked and the deliverables will be sent after the last payment has been made.

A full refund will only be issued for the following reasons :
- Failure to meet the agreed upon deadline more than twice.
- Failure to meet the standard of quality advertised in my portfolio.
- Cancelling of the order on my end.
- Cancelling of the order on the client's end within the initial 7-day period.
